Policies
Shipping: We ship free to US & PR addresses only from any of our available carriers. After we confirm the completed payment for your order, we will ship the items fast.We will have tracking number in 2-3 days, normally its takes from 5 to 25 days to recieve your items from our warehouse in Hong Kong (Its depends on the Carrier, ex. EMS takes 4 labor days to PR) .We check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that the right accessories are included and that the adapters and other standards are correct for your country.
Tax: We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped out of state. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during Checkout.
Warranty: All our products are covered by a 12 MONTH WARRANTY, for return, repair & replacement. Under normal operating conditions, abused, missing parts items are not qualify for replacement.
Return Policy: We accept returns for defective merchandise, ask for an RMA, the return shipping charges are PAID by the CUSTOMER. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason.
